Crash Pulse Technologies stands behind every product we build. Our warranties are straightforward and built with working professionals in mind.

✅ What’s Covered

1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use. Intentionally damaging, frying, or using an incompatible power adapter with the CDX will void the warranty. If a product is defective, please contact us, we will replace it immediately.

CDX Module
1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use.

PCM Adapter & DTM (Direct-to-Module) Adapter
1-year warranty for defects in materials or functionality under normal use.

DLC Adapters (1–4)
1-year warranty covering functional issues, pin integrity, and connector wear from regular use.

Cables
1-year warranty on all cables included in your kit:

  • DLC to DB15
  • Prolific Serial (DB9) to USB
  • DB9 Extender
  • Custom Power Adapter

❌ What’s Not Covered

•    Damage from misuse, electrical misconnection, or modification.
•    Improper back-powering of a vehicle.
•    Exposure to water, extreme heat, or improper storage.
•    Bent pins, broken housings, or wear beyond reasonable use.
•    Damage from unsupported third-party power adapters.

We’ll quickly arrange for a repair or replacement.

Even if your product is out of warranty, please contact us if you have any issues. We are here to help.

Note: Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable and some items may require return shipping before processing the claim.
