Shipping Policy

During our soft launch, except where otherwise noted, we anticipate that all non-customized will be shipped within 5 business days. Items with the designation of “Pre-sale” or “Pre-order” will ship as soon as product is available.

After our soft launch concludes and all items are in stock, we strive to abide by the following shipping fulfillment times:

US Orders

Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1–3 business days for non-customized in-stock items. Standard and expedited options available at checkout.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, with logistics partners in Europe to help reduce customs delays and import fees. Shipping times vary by destination, but most non-customized in-stock items will ship within 2-4 business days.
