Crash Pulse Technologies is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bosch, Vetronix, or any of their crash data retrieval tools or software platforms. Crash Pulse Technologies is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Government, nor any of its agencies.
Our products are designed to function with certain industry tools and workflows, but we make no claims of endorsement or official compatibility beyond their intended function.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, product names, technical designs, written copy, and website layout, is the intellectual property of Crash Pulse Technologies and may not be copied, redistributed, or repurposed without express written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil or criminal penalties.
4. Product Purchase Agreement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crash Pulse Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
You acknowledge that all products are provided “as-is”, and that you assume full responsibility for any outcomes related to their use.
We are not responsible for:
- Software compatibility issues beyond the tested 25.0.817
- Data loss or misinterpretation (as this is not performed by our product)
- Improper setup, installation, or configuration
- Malfunctions caused by external power, connectors, or third-party hardware
8. Chargeback Prohibition
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback against Crash Pulse Technologies. Chargebacks will result in a 25% fee and may result in legal action.
